I'm having trouble shopping online:

 

If you are having trouble shopping on-line at our store, sometime the Cache of your browser needs to be flushed.

(this is where files called cookies are stored, they are small packets of information to enable you to browse/shop efficiently...)

If you are using Mozilla Firefox as your browser and are having some difficulty buying on-line, here are some tips:

Click on tools, then "clear private data", you can change the flushing options by clicking on the "options" tab

just below the "clear private data" button.

If you have Internet Explorer 7: the best thing to do is go to Microsoft's web site and download Internet Explorer 8

as this is the new version and has fixed important security flaws in previous versions.
